Public Liability Insurance:
Coverage up to $20 million, providing protection in case of third-party damages or injury during the move.
Household Furniture Insurance (Including Loading & Unloading):
Coverage up to $20,000 for your furniture and personal items during the entire moving process.
Goods in Transit Insurance:
Coverage up to $20,000 for items that are being transported during your move.
What’s Included & What’s Not
Free Insurance Coverage
All moves come with free standard insurance covering contents up to $20,000. However, please note that an excess of $750 applies for each claim.
Coverage Radius
This insurance is valid for moves within a 600 km radius of the Sydney metropolitan area. For moves beyond this distance, please contact us directly for a tailored insurance quote.
Exclusions and Recommendations
While we do everything we can to protect your items, some exclusions apply under our standard policy. These include:
- Boxes not packed by our team
- Fragile items without proper protective wrapping
- Furniture with pre-existing damage
- Livestock, plants, or pots
- Electronics with pre-existing malfunctions
- Items that are not suitable for relocation (e.g., hazardous materials)
- Non-household furniture
- Fraudulent claims
For items on the exclusion list or any special requirements, we highly recommend arranging additional insurance through your home contents provider to ensure full protection for the duration of your move.
